BOROUGH OF GREEN TREE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE BE ADVISED that a public hearing will be held on Thursday evening, January 9, 2014 that will commence at 7:00 p.m. prevailing time at the Green Tree Municipal Center located at 10 West Manilla Avenue, Green Tree, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15220 for the following applicants: ZHB-01-2014 Applicant, Anthony H. Ladner, owner of property located at 101 Penfield Place, is requesting a variance from the following section of the Borough of Green Tree Codified Ordinances to enclose an existing front porch that currently encroaches into the required front yard set-back: 1. Chapter 420, Paragraph 420-26A which requires a 30 foot front yard setback. The proposed enclosed porch will encroach approximately 10 feet into the required front yard.
