INVITATION TO BID Attention: Food Service Management Companies The Carlynton School District is requesting proposals for school food service management services. The Food Service Management Company will provide management services according to United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) regulations and guidelines, as well as the Pennsylvania Department of Education policies and guidelines. Food Service Management Companies and/or their representatives may submit proposals to: The Carlynton School District In c/o: Mr. Kirby Christy, Business Mgr., 435 Kings Highway, Carnegie, PA 15106 The Carlynton School District Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or to accept the proposal that it finds, in its sole discretion, to be in the best interest of the school district. A mandatory pre-bid and facility walk-through meeting is scheduled for March 14, 2014, 8:00 am in the Carlynton JSHS cafeteria. All proposals must be submitted in duplicate no later than 10:00 am on March 28, 2014. Proposals should be delivered in a sealed envelope, addressed to Mr. Christy, and be clearly marked: Food Service Management Proposal.
