Wherein Plaintiff seeks to have the Mortgage given by the First National Bank of Natrona to Genefa Kszyminski, also known as Genefa Maletich, dated February 23, 1950, and recorded in the Recorder's Office of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, at Mortgage Book Volume 3058, Page 644, in the amount of $8,000.00, and that was assigned to Peoples First National Bank and Trust on March 4, 1955, and said Assignment was recorded in the Recorder's Office of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, at Mortgage Book Volume 3577, Page 10, and that affects the Plaintiff's real property located at 67-69 Sycamore Street, Natrona Heights, Harrison Township, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania 15065, marked satisfied.
