LEGAL NOTICE As part of compliance with the O'Hara Township's Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) Permit, a Pollutant Reduction Plan (PRP) has been developed for submission to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection. The PRP proposes implementation of Best Management Practices to reduce discharge of sediment and/or nutrients to impaired surface waters within the municipality. The PRP will be available for public review and comment at the O'Hara Township Municipal Building, 325 Fox Chapel Road, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania beginning July 18, 2018, Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Written comments on the PRP will be accepted through August 17, 2018. Comments will also be accepted at a public meeting to be held August 3, 2018 at 8:30 am at the O'Hara Township Municipal Building to discuss the PRP. TOWNSHIP OF O'HARA Julie A.
