NOTICE IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS ALLEGHENY COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA V. $1,500.00 U.S. CURRENCY PUBLIC NOTICE The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania did seize $1,500.00 U.S. CURRENCY on January 18, 2017 from the United States Postal Facility located at, 1001 California Avenue, Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. The owner of said property is believed to be Edward Miller of Friedens, PA. Any claimants to the above are hereby directed to file a claim with the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas, under Docket 2554 MD 2018, and send a copy of said claim to the Office of Attorney General, Asset Forfeiture & Money Laundering Section, 10950 Route 30 North Huntingdon, PA 15642 Attention: Margaret J. Ross, Senior Deputy Attorney General. If no claim is filed on or before thirty (30) days from the date of the second publication of this notice, the above mentioned item shall be summarily forfeited to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Office of Attorney General.
