BOROUGH OF CASTLE SHANNON PUBLIC NOTICE TAKE NOTICE that the Borough Council of the Borough of Castle Shannon, at its regularly scheduled meeting to be held at 7:00 p.m. on June 23, 2014, at the Castle Shannon Municipal Center, 3310 McRoberts Road, Castle Shannon, PA 15234 will hold a public hearing and consider enactment of an ordinance titled as follows: AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF CASTLE SHANNON, ALLEGHENY COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, AMENDING BOROUGH ORDINANCE NUMBER 809, AS CODIFIED AT CHAPTER 15 OF THE BOROUGH'S CODE OF ORDINANCES, AS AMENDED, REGULATING THE OPERATION OF MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC AND PROVIDING GENERAL TRAFFIC AND MOTOR VEHICLE REGULATIONS; TO FURTHER ESTABLISH ADDITIONAL LOCATIONS ON HIGHLAND VILLA DRIVE WHERE PARKING IS PROHIBITED The proposed ordinance amends the Borough's Traffic Ordinance, Ordinance Number 809, to provide for additional locations within the Borough of Castle Shannon on Highland Villa Drive where parking is prohibited.
