OFFICIAL NOTICE TOWNSHIP OF HAMPTON THE ZONING HEARING BOARD WILL CONDUCT PUBLIC HEARINGS ON TUES., AUGUST 27, 2013, AT 7:30 PM, AT THE MUNICIPAL BLDG. TO HEAR THE FOLLOWING CASES: CASE NO. 13-10 - The applicants, Leonard & Sandra Tobac, are requesting a variance to Zoning Ordinance No. 627, under ARTICLE 8, TABLE A, MINIMUM FRONT YARD SETBACK FROM RIGHT-OF-WAY. The applicants are proposing to construct steps from their house located at 2184 Duncan Avenue, Allison Park, PA, which would infringe into the right-of-way by three (3) feet. CASE NO. 13-11- The applicants, Billy & Mary Butch, are requesting a variance to Zoning Ordinance No. 627, under ARTICLE 8, TABLE A, MINIMUM SIDE YARD SETBACK. The applicants are proposing to build a detached garage on their property located at 4463 McCaslin Ridge Drive, Allison Park, PA, which would infringe into the side setback by ten (10) feet. CASE NO. 13-12- The applicant, Dr. Katti Stoller, is requesting variances to Zoning Ordinance No. 627, under ARTICLE 14, SUBSECTION 14.542, LOCATION OF SIGN. The applicant is proposing to erect a monument sign on property located at 2232 W. Hardies Road, Gibsonia, PA, that would be internal to the right-of-way on Mulberry Drive by twelve (12) feet and just on the right-of-way line of West Hardies Road.
