OFFICIAL ROSS TOWNSHIP NOTICE The regular meeting of the Ross Township Zoning Hearing Board will be held at the Ross Township Municipal Building, 1000 Ross Municipal Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15237, on Wednesday, October 14, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. to review the following applications: ZHB-17-15 Conrad Sugrue and Eileen Milakovic requesting a variance to Chapter 27, Part 9, Section 906.D(1)(d) of 360 square feet to the size of an accessory structure on property located at 530 Crider Hill Road in an R-1 Zoning District of the 8th Ward. ZHB-18-15 Sovereign Development requesting an appeal from the September 18, 2015 decision of the Zoning Officer to be permitted to park commercial vehicles and equipment trailers on the portion of the applicant's property along Rochester Road in a C-2 Zoning District of the 4th Ward.
