OFFICIAL BOROUGH OF FRANKLIN PARK NOTICE The Franklin Park Borough Council Finance Committee will hold Budget Hearings for the FY 2016 Budget on Wednesday, October 28, 2015 beginning at 6:00 p.m. in Council Chambers at the Municipal Building, 2344 W. Ingomar Road, Pittsburgh, PA, 15237. The hearings afford department directors the opportunity to present and justify their 2016 budget requests, and Council will also discuss and consider those requests.
