OFFICIAL NOTICE BOROUGH OF DORMONT NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF INTENT TO ENACT The Borough of Dormont Council at their November 2, 2015 Council meeting will review and take action on the following: Ordinance No. 1610, an ordinance of the Borough of Dormont, County of Allegheny, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Regulating Non-Storm Water Discharges to the Storm Drainage System to Comply with National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System; and Ordinance No. 1611, an ordinance of the Borough of Dormont, County of Allegheny, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, To Implement Updated Stormwater Management Controls as Required by Federal and State Regulations. The meeting is scheduled for November 2, 2015 at 7:00 pm in the Council Chambers, 1444 Hillsdale Avenue, Suite 10, Pittsburgh PA 15216. Copies of the proposed ordinance are available and can be examined at the Dormont Municipal Center, Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm and online at www.boro.dormont.pa.us.
