Line Striping, Traffic Control, Resident Notification and Restoration. All bidders must be PennDOT pre-qualified as a prime contractor and must be assigned and eligible to bid the work classification codes of E, F, and F1. All bids submitted must have the contractor's valid pre-qualification certification attached to the outside of the bid or it will be rejected. All bidders must submit their Anti-Collusion Affidavit with the Proposal in order for the Proposal to be considered responsive. Proposals must be submitted on the forms provided by the Municipality of Penn Hills. Proposals to receive consideration must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bidder's Bond from a Surety Company authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, made to the order of the Municipality of Penn Hills in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Proposal as a guarantee that, if the Proposal is accepted, the successful Bidder will enter into an Agreement within 15 days after Notice of the Award of the Contract. The Proposals must be made to the Municipality of Penn Hills, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, and shall remain firm for a period of ninety (90) days. No Bidder may withdraw his Proposal during the ninety (90) day period without forfeiting his Bid guarantee. LEGAL ADVERTISEMENT Port Authority of Allegheny County REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL NO. 20-06 Port Authority of Allegheny County (Authority) is requesting proposals for the performance of the following service (“Contract Services”): Information Technology Consulting Support Services The work under the proposed Agreement consists of Authority is requesting proposals for Information Technology (IT) Consulting Support Services for the following categories: 1). Business Applications 2). Business Analytics 3). Intelligent Transportation and Vehicle Systems 4). Communications, Networks, Services 5). Technology Training 6). Audio Visual 7). Business Process, Infrastructure, Security Assessment and Related Information Technology Reviews/Assessments and General IT Advising 8). Temporary Consultants Authority intends to enter into agreements with a pool of up to five firms for each of the above-identified seven categories that can be called upon on an as-needed basis. While it is currently Authority's intention to enter into a agreements with a pool of up to five firms for Category 1 through Category 7, this number may be adjusted up or down, at Authority's sole discretion, based upon the number of proposals received and Authority's evaluation of same in relation to its IT services needs in the above-identified categories. LEGAL NOTICE Municipality of Bethel Park Allegheny County, Pennsylvania NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE INCREASING SALARY FOR MEMBERS OF BETHEL PARK MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Council of the Municipality of Bethel Park, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania (the “Municipality”) will, at a meeting on April 13, 2020 at 7:30 p.m., prevailing time, at 5100 West Library Avenue, Bethel Park, Pennsylvania, consider the adoption of an ordinance (the “Ordinance”) of which this notice is a summary, increasing the salary of Members of the Bethel Park Municipal Authority. The Ordinance proposes increasing the monthly salary of Members of the Bethel Park Municipal Authority from $100/month to $200/month. The salary increase shall be effective at the start of a Member's term and shall not increase the salary of any Member during his or her current term. INVITATION TO BID SOUTH HILLS AREA COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS Sealed proposals will be received by the South Hills Area Council of Governments (SHACOG), Allegheny County, PA until 11:00 AM on Friday, April 24, 2020 to be publicly opened and read immediately thereafter for the following project: SHACOG Joint Municipal Sewer CIPP Lining Repairs – Year 14 CONTRACT A – SPOT LINING This project is for all work related to CIPP Spot Lining sewer repairs including, but not limited to: pre and full NASSCO post repair CCTV inspections, heavy cleaning, reinstatement of active service laterals, cutting of protruding taps, bypass pumping, traffic control and resident notification. Participant Municipalities: Heidelberg Borough, Ingram Borough, Borough of Jefferson Hills, and Mt. Oliver Borough. CONTRACT B – MANHOLE TO MANHOLE LINING This project is for all work related to the CIPP MH to MH Lining sewer repairs including, but not limited to: pre and full NASSCO post repair CCTV inspections, heavy cleaning, reinstatement of active service laterals, cutting of protruding taps, bypass pumping, traffic control and resident notification. Participant municipalities: Emsworth Borough, Heidelberg Borough, Ingram Borough, Borough of Jefferson Hills, and Mt. Oliver Borough. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates are required to be paid on this project. Proposals must be submitted on the forms provided by SHACOG. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10) percent of the bid, made payable to SHACOG. All envelopes containing bid proposals must be clearly marked: “Proposal for SHACOG Joint Municipal Sewer CIPP Lining Repairs – Year 14”. Proposals should be addressed to Stanley Louis Gorski, Executive Director, SHACOG, 2600 Old Greentree Road, Second Floor, Carnegie, PA 15106. The proposals must be made to SHACOG, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, and shall remain firm for a period of ninety (90) days. No bidder may withdraw his proposal during the ninety (90) day period without forfeiting his bid guarantee.
