SOUTH HILLS JUNCTION PARKING LOT PAVING AND SITE IMPROVEMENTS CONTRACT NO. SHJ-24-01 The Work of this Project includes, but is not limited to, the furnishing of all supervision, material, equipment, tools and labor for concrete pavement construction of the M-Loop Parking Lot; rehabilitation of soldier pile retaining walls; spur track platform repairs; stair repairs; ADA improvements for At-Grade Crossings; wayfinding signage; and miscellaneous site improvements including but not limited to site drainage, gabion wall construction, sidewalk, fencing, painting, parking lot and other lighting improvements and traffic control. C.S. § 303, as may be amended, implements positive affirmative action procedures to ensure that all Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs) and certified Diverse Businesses (DBs) have the maximum opportunity to participate in the performance of contracts and subcontracts financed, in whole or in part, with federal and state funds provided for this Project.
