Invitation for Bid NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that specifications and proposed forms for furnishing all labor and materials and professional consulting and/or construction services for the following project entitled: O'Connor's Corner #2020-SHUC-01 (2017-CITF-034) may be obtained at the offices of The Squirrel Hill Urban Coalition (SHUC) located on the 2nd floor of the Wightman School Building, 5604 Solway Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15217, weekdays from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM beginning, March 16, 2020. The project requires a non-refundable fee of $50.00 (Plus $7.00 postage and handling) for copies of the bid specifications. BIDS FOR THE PROJECT WILL BE RECEIVED until NOON on Monday, March 30, 2020. Bids will be publicly opened at 3:00 PM on Monday, March 30, 2020 at the SHUC offices at the location listed above. There will be a scheduled “Scope of Work” review on Monday March 23, 2020 at 1:00 PM at the location listed above. Bids must be on standard proposal forms in the manner therein described and be enclosed in a sealed envelope, bearing the name and address of the bidder on the outside, addressed to the SQUIRREL HILL URBAN COALITION and marked with the project name.
